This software will read aloud the Sherlock Holmes stories to you using Text-To-Speech Technology. Has information on the author and the London sleuth, Sherlock Holmes. These are the famous and classic stories, novels, and books about the pipe-smoking, tweed-clad detective and his sidekick, Dr. Watson. The Sherlock Holmes stories, novels, and books included in the software; A Study in Scarlet, The Sign of the Four, The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes (12 stories), The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes (12 stories), Hound of the Baskervilles, The Return of Sherlock Holmes (13 stories), His Last Bow (7 stories), and The Valley of Fear. These are the complete and unabridged stories, novels, and books about the pipe-smoking, tweed clad detective Sherlock Holmes and his sidekick, Dr. Watson. All of these stories can be read on screen within the software and up to three bookmarks can be set. You can listen to the stories as they are read aloud to you by James - the Sherlock Holmes Story Reader. All of these stories can also be printed from the software using your printer. In addition to complete access to all of these Sherlock Holmes stories from within the Sherlock Holmes - A Library software, the files that make up the stories are stored on the user's hard drive as Rich Text Format (RTF) type of files. These RTF files can also be opened in the Windows WordPad word processor that is included with Windows. Using WordPad you can open, edit, save, and print these Rich Text Format files as you desire.
