Supporting for making transparent icons and the user can choose which color to make transparent. Image to Icon Converter can completely support XP Alpha Channel icons, now you can easily convert images to the wonderful semi-transparent Windows icons and Icon Library. Support different colors including Monochrome (1 bit), 16 Colors (4 bits), Grayscale (8 bits), 256 Colors (8 bits), True Color (24 bits) and XP Alpha Channel (32 bits) and different sizes 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 72x72, 96x96, 128x128, as source and customizable size. Modify images with filtering Red, Green and Blue channel, Hue, Lightness, Brightness, Contrast, Gamma and Saturation to make wonderful icons. Apply more than 11 effects such as Flip vertically, Flip horizontally, Mirror, Blur, Invert, Smart noise and Border.
