RV Icon Edit ermöglicht Ihnen schnell und einfach die Erstellung, Bearbeitung, den Im- und Export von Icons und Cursorn (Mauszeiger). Die Anwendung unterstützt die Windows XP Truecolor-Icons. RV Icon Edit kann Icons verschiedener Größe (bis 72x72 Pixel) und in allen Farbtiefen (monochrom, 16 Farben, 256 Farben, Truecolor und Truecolor mit Alphakanal) in einer Icon- oder Cursor-Datei abspeichern. Der Import und Export von Bildern in verschiedenen gängigen Formaten (PNG, GIF, JPG, BMP) wird unterstützt. Für die Bearbeitung von Icons und Cursorn bietet RV Icon Edit verschiedene Zeichenwerkzeuge (Stift, Pinsel, Linie, Füllen mit Farbe bzw. Ersetzen von Farben, Rechteck, Ellipse, Text usw.).
