SimpleCalender3 is able to manage the time-tables of single persons, project-teams or of your whole office. The program is network-compatible and enables data-sharing without having much effort for administration.You can indicate several data-ressources. Due to this it is possible to distinguish between private and business appointments.The calender-data will be saved in a directory-structure. This allows you saving and filing at any time without a special software.A graphic master-detail-screen shows the appointments of a day in a very concise way. Appointment-tags in terms of colour and text can be used for indicating the importance of a date, for distinguishing between different users or for defining dates and duties.If you want, you will be reminded of your dates in one of these ways: a window on your computer, sound, via email and/or via SMS on your cell-phone.You can print out a daily, weekly or monthly overview. And you can choose between 2 formats: A4 and appointment-calender (filofax).With SimpleCalender3 you will also be able to manage user-rights on data by awarding access-rights on directories. This will allow read-only access for special users.The new user-interface is designed for most comfortable handling without having great effort on enrolement.The interface supports English and German language.The installation-programme will copy SimpleCalender3 to your harddisk without changing your system configuration.
